The job was a Tourism Australia campaign to boost the floundering tourist market, and it attracted applications from more than 200 countries.The job pays 150,000 Australian dollars (105,000 US dollars) and includes free airfares from the successful applicant's home country to Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef, India’s Anjaan RJ from Bangalore has made it to the list of top 16 candidates for Queensland island’s ‘best job in the world’.
