IQUATION Corporate Quiz 11th edition held at Taj Ambassador New Delhi on April 17th 2010

11 th anniversary of Iquation 2010 went well at The Taj Ambassador , New Delhi. The Quizmaster for the day was Mr. Krish Banik. Teams on the stage were-

Winners were Rohan, Sandeepan (Accenture) however Mitesh Aggarwal’s team (SUN) were the runners up. Winners took away loads of prizes with Rs.20,000 / cash , round trip to Singapore and other cool prizes.

Microsoft Advertising presents-Digital Quotient Quiz ,an exchange4media group initiative on March 19 th at Hotel Taj Ambassador, New Delhi

After a hectic schedule we somehow managed to reach hotel taj ambassador. We missed the prelims and the first two rounds of delhi regionals. Regional round delhi was won by ranjeet verma. They also won some cool prizes.Final round was started at 7 pm. Great questions, intelligent connects kept everyone hooked to there seats. Mp3 players were given as audience prizes. Mitesh's team and team Yahoo(Tejaswi Udupa and Shamanth Rao) were at their best as expected. Finally team Yahoo won the quiz with a slight margin from Mitesh's team.

TATA CRUCIBLES DELHI EDITION, QM GIRI PICK BRAIN

Wonderful evening at Taj Mahal Palace, 250 + teams, and great quizzing. IMT Ghaziabad was at its best. They topped the prelims also they won it with huge margins. In Giri's own words, this team was calm and composed from the beginning and finally they won it. Today's center of attraction was a team from SSCBS(Undergraduates). I saw them last years's crucibles as well. Giri pointed out and said it is one of the youngest team which qualifies for the finals like TATA Crucibles. Delhi once again showed its true spirit and made many records, be it terms of no. of participating teams or the youngest team ever in the history of TATA Crucibles. In one of the audience questions which was answered by TATA Crucibles Indore winner Debashish (IIM-I). Giri noticed it and announced that people started travelling from one cities to another just to see who is their competitors in National finals, scheduled to take place at Taj Hotel Mumbai. This time first in the history of quizzing in India a new concept is introduced- During each pass the weightage of the question will increase rather than decrease which is usually the case till yet.
